The Office Suite forms part of Orwell House located adjacent to the Port of Felixstowe, which is the busiest and largest container port in the UK, accessed via Ferry Lane. Ferry Lane leads to Trinity Avenue/Walton Avenue (A154), which in turn leads to the A14 (Junction 61) providing links to the A12 (Junction 27) at Colchester to the west.

Over 40% of the nation’s containerised trade passes through the Port of Felixstowe, which due to its optimal location provides unrivalled connections to domestic and global markets. The Port of Felixstowe is connected to the world by 33 shipping lines operating over 90 services a week across all continents and has been at the forefront of the container industry for over 40 years.
